		<description>Everyone is green until it costs more. This sounds like it should cost a little less than what consumers are paying now (assuming this project can be done on or under budget, not likely) and doesn&#039;t pollute. Nice.</description>

		<description>Solar energy is a never ending power source in other words it is an unlimited power source. Its nice to hear that 20% of electricity to be generated from renewable sources by 2010. Using solar power in homes also can be very useful.
