The following information is absolautely 100% wrong: no window blinds are Energy Star rated,they do not provide an R-10 value, they do not reflect 92% of UV,Climate Control Solar Blinds use the In'Flector product. In'Flector uses PVC which off gasses and is extremely flammable. You should ask to see laboraoty tests proving the claims they make. You have been mislead.
